Inside Out opened its doors in December 2016, the inspiration of Chef James Ausden and Front of house Edel Healy, who have worked their whole lives in the industry and the last 10 years working together.

James and Edel wanted to create something a bit different, a place that would take you away and make you feel you were dining in a Mediterranean courtyard. They wanted to re create those simple yet intense Mediterranean flavours into locally produced dishes, giving diners that little piece of holiday escape.

With the backing of a fantastic experienced crew behind them, they will further strive to give theirs customers the best value and dining experience possible.
